Property rights
All texts and images on this website are protected by copyright and may only be used for private purposes. The use of the texts, images and videos of this website for public or commercial purposes, requires written consent.With your participation in the courses you allow me (Nadine Wiederkehr) image and video footage taken during the lessons for marketing purposes on homepage, social media and other channels to use. The image rights are then with me (Nadine Wiederkehr Hund&Co). However, upon request, of a client visible on the picture or video, pictures and videos will be deleted. If you do not want to appear on any pictures/videos, then this is of course accepted. For this a written explanation on your part is sufficient.
Liability website
I make every effort to keep the website up to date. Nevertheless, I do not guarantee the accuracy and completeness of the information. All published information can be changed or deleted without warning. I strictly disclaim any liability.
Training hours
You and your dog show up on time at the agreed meeting point for training. The equipment is complete and in working order.Before training, your dog will be given the opportunity to clean up.
The obligation to defecate applies at all agreed training meeting points. Marking behavior should be prevented as far as possible.
The dogs are not simply led together. Dogs should wait in the car or be led individually to the training area. The rule is: either all dogs are leashed or all dogs are free.Generally, only dogs that know each other should play together. Fun can quickly turn serious.
"Training aids" (e.g. choke collars, electric collars, etc.) that cause physical or mental pain or harm to the dog are prohibited and will not be tolerated during training. People who want to work with such educational aids are at the wrong address with me (Nadine Wiederkehr Hund & Co).
Fear problems or aggression problems with conspecifics or in front of people should be reported before training begins.if your dog or you have requirements from the authorities or the veterinary office, you must inform me before training begins.
Health & Co
Your dog must be healthy and have the necessary vaccinations such as distemper, parvovirosis and kennel cough. Contagious dog diseases in training will not be tolerated.
Vaccinations are mandatory in the puppy class.
If your dog is in heat, you have to inform me before the training starts. I will then decide if the bitch can join the group training or if there is too much unrest.
The same applies to illnesses: Report any illnesses or health conditions of your dog to me before training begins. I will then decide if the dog can participate in the group training or if we have to look for an alternative.
Liability
You must have a valid liability insurance for you and your dog.You are liable for all damages caused by you and your dog as well as by your accompanying persons.I (Nadine Wiederkehr Hund & Co) do not assume any liability for personal injury, property damage or financial losses that occur during the training. I (Nadine Wiederkehr Hund & Co) also assume no liability for damages and injuries of any kind caused by participating dogs.
I (Nadine Wiederkehr Hund&Co) am only liable for intentional or grossly negligent behavior on my part. Any further liability of me (Nadine Wiederkehr Hund&Co), especially for slight negligence, is excluded.
Conclusion of contract
The course participation is only valid after official registration via e-mail or via the booking tool of the website. The course fee can be paid before the start of the course by bank transfer, winting or directly via the booking tool. The course fee can also be paid in cash before the training. (For group trainings I would be glad if you bring the course fee counted in an envelope labeled with your name).
Once you have officially registered, the terms and conditions are binding.
Prices & Subscriptions
Prices can be found on the website.To participate in group classes, unless otherwise advertised for a group class, a subscription must be purchased.
Each subscription entitles the customer to participate in a certain number of course hours:
5-class subscription: participation in 5 classes - the subscription is valid for a period of 10 weeks.
Subscription of 10: participation in 10 lessons - the subscription is valid for 20 weeks. The validity of the subscription can be extended by contacting me.
Cancellation, absences & withdrawal
Entire Course/Subscription: In case of withdrawal from a group course and a subscription already booked, or in case of cancellation after attending at least one class, no refund of the subscription fee will be made. In case of withdrawal or cancellation with presentation of a medical certificate, the customer will be refunded 50% of the remaining subscription.
Individual lessons: You can cancel in writing (email or SMS) at least 48 hrs before the training.If you cancel on time, you will not be charged. Cancellations by e-mail less than 24 hrs before the lesson will be charged. In case of force majeure or illness an exception will be made.In case of no-show on your part (without cancellation) you will be charged for the training.
If dates are canceled by me (Nadine Wiederkehr Hund&Co), the validity of the subscription will be extended by one week.
Training location
The trainings take place at the training location defined by me (Nadine Wiederkehr Hund&Co). For group courses in Aargau, the training location is in most cases the dog training area Würenlingen. However, the definite training location will be communicated one or two days in advance by mail. It is your responsibility to inform yourself in time about the training location.
General guidelines
The dog is to be led in the lessons always by the registered owner, respectively an adult person - from 16 years -.
Course and seminar documents, which are handed out to you by me (Nadine Wiederkehr Hund&Co) online or offline, may not be copied or passed on without written permission.
Video recordings in individual trainings, group courses, seminars and all other offers are only allowed after consultation with me (Nadine Wiederkehr Hund&Co) and my agreement.
Place of jurisdiction
For all disputes arising in the context of a contractual relationship, Zurich, Switzerland, is agreed as the exclusive place of jurisdiction.
